Betty's has delicious old-fashioned southern BBQ. The catfish was delish, fried chicken was tender and juicy, BBQ beef was tender and flavorful. The chicken fried steak though, was out of this world. Worth a stop for delicious homemade food, good value too.

Made my first visit to Betty's today and I am so disappointed that I haven't tried it sooner. It was really good. I got the sampler platter because I couldn't decide what I wanted. It comes with 2 side, a piece of fried catfish, chicken finger and a little bowl of their BBQ meat. It was all really good and the service was awesome too. Kayla was great. Definitely worth trying and I will be back.

When traveling, it's a great local spot that hasn't compromised to taste like all the other BBQ joints. They have their own unique way of doing things and you know your in Alabama.

Such a wonderful local BBQ spot! Whitney took such good care of my step-father and I, making us feel welcome and attending to our every need. Betty's BBQ offers warm Southern hospitality, & you feel that all are welcome. As folks from out of town, it's always an honor to be well received at a locally cultivated & loved establishment. There are lots of menu options, and everything that we tried was absolutely delicious! As someone who doesn't always eat meat, I found many vegetarian options available. The fried green tomatoes were out out this world, I can't wait to make the journey back and get them again next time. What I enjoyed about each dish was the consideration of flavors & seasonings that made each dish unique to Betty's BBQ. The blackberry cobbler was excellent and a wonderful way to end the meal. I will definitely be returning again.

Fantastic little dinner. The Fried green tomatoes are excellent. Also the catfish was pretty darn good. If you want to be transported back to 1987 all over again, this is your spot. Seems to be the local place for lunch. Nothing sexy just a clean little restaurant with nice middle-age to older age ladies serving food
